PromptKit catalog listing, definition inspection, and requirements inspection
now submit provider messages through the reporter and render complete reports
inside managed output. Acquisition failures use native terminal context when
available and preserve the original cause. Tests cover independent warning and
terminal-context delivery, successful ordinary/quiet/verbose/debug execution,
quiet encoding failure, cancellation, and result delivery observations. The
ckprompt suite cannot run yet because `validation_command.go` and
`smoke_command.go` still use the legacy reporting API scheduled for Stage 15;
Stage 20 will validate the assembled module.
